Welcome to Tranquility International Travel, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using our website and our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Tranquility International Travel, LLC offers travel planning, consultation, itinerary customization, group coordination, and related travel services. Our role is to facilitate travel experiences by acting as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel providers.

Tranquility International Travel, LLC. do not operate or control these services provided by third-party vendors and is held harmless by the client for any negligence, willful acts, or failures caused by these vendors.

2. Service Fees & Payments

  • All service fees are outlined on our Service Page and are non-refundable once paid.
  • Payment is required as per the terms specified in the Client Agreement. Late payments may result in additional fees or service cancellations.
  • Travel costs, such as accommodations, flights, and excursions, are separate from our service fees and are subject to supplier terms.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By booking with Tranquility International Travel, LLC, clients agree to abide by our payment terms. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes are strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting Tranquility International Travel, LLC to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and recover funds, including any chargeback fees incurred.

In the event of a chargeback, the client remains responsible for all non-refundable payments, cancellation fees, and any additional costs associated with the disputed transaction. Clients who file unwarranted chargebacks may be subject to legal action and will be prohibited from booking future travel services with Tranquility International Travel, LLC.

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and third-party supplier policies.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing their itineraries and ensuring accuracy before confirming bookings.
  • Cancellation policies vary by travel provider. Our service fees remain non-refundable regardless of supplier refund policies.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
  • Tranquility International Travel, LLC is not responsible for any losses due to lack of insurance.
  • Tranquility International Travel, LLC is not responsible for claims, coverage decisions, or policy payouts.
  • Claims should be filed directly with the service provider.
  • Client holds Tranquility International Travel, LLC harmless for denied claims, including those related to COVID-19.
  • Clients are responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to disruptions.
  • Clients accept full responsibility for electing not to purchase travel insurance insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Tranquility International Travel, LLC is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by third-party travel providers.
  • We are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or personal emergencies affecting travel.
  • Clients assume all risks associated with their travel plans and agree to hold us harmless from any claims or damages.
  • Any Fines, penalties, or losses due to improper documentation are the client's sole responsibility and holds Tranquility International Travel, LLC harmless.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and do not hold Tranquility International, LLC liable for any costs due to errors in reservations or airline tickets due to incorrect names, dates of birth, passport details, or other personal information provided at the time of booking.
  • Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid documents, including passports, visas, and required health/vaccination certificates.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring passports are valid for at least six moths beyond return date, and some destinations require blank pages for entry.
  • Clients are responsible for complying with the terms set forth by airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.

8. Website Use & Privacy

  • All content on our website is the property of Tranquility International Travel, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.
  • Personal information provided through our website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs data collection and usage.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or mediation before pursuing litigation.

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Tranquility International Travel, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
