GETTING STARTED IS EASY!
Planning the perfect vacation can feel overwhelming, but you're in good hands. We're here to simplify the process for you. Follow these three simple steps to begin, plan, and enjoy your next luxury vacation with Tranquility International Travel.

As a valued client, you will submit a travel intake form which is a crucial step in the process. This form enables us to gather vital information about your desires and expectations, ensuring that we can provide you with the best service and experience for your journey.
Step Two
After receiving your form, we'll send you an invitation to schedule a 20-minute consultation to review all the details you provided. This call is a prerequisite before proceeding to the planning stage. If offers you the opportunity to get acquainted with your personal travel advisor and our services, ensuring that we fully understand your needs.
Step Three
Now, the planning stage begins! You will receive up to three proposals of recommendations, each tailored to include a range of elements:
- Flights (Commercial + Private)

- Dinning & Entertainment Reservations
- Car Rentals
- Special Ticket Events
Once you have selected the proposal of your choice, we will lock in all trip components and make any necessary revisions, saving you the time and stress of planning. With everything taken care of, you can simply sit back, relax, and look forward to a truly tranquil journey.
SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE
Our fees are a one-time payment per trip. It's important to note that all planning fees are final and non-refundable. If you book elsewhere, stop the planning service, or cancel, the fee will be retained. Our fees compensate for the time we invest in research, planning, trip management and assistance throughout your trip. Additionally, they cover agreements with our vendors to secure the best price within your budget.
By engaging our services, you are enlisting us as a dedicated travel agency to cater to your travel needs. We will serve as your advocate and source of support throughout every phase of your journey. Our goal is to alleviate the stress and hassle associated with trip planning by managing all booking components to ensure a seamless travel experience. This allows you to focus solely on preparing for your journey toward tranquility.
We greatly value your time and understand the significance of your trip. As part of our commitment to ensuring a seamless travel experience, we kindly ask for your cooperation in making sure all fees are paid before we proceed with the planning and booking process. This will allow us to begin the arrangements for your trip without delay. In summary, we look forward to creating unforgettable memories for you.
Please note: Service fees are separate from the trip cost, and planning services will commence upon receipt of full payment. Given the nature of trip planning, additional fees may be required as necessary.
