Inquiry Submission: Begin by completing our travel intake form, ensuring that you provide the most accurate information as possible.

Proposal Delivery: Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your tailored travel proposals via email, outlining accommodation options, flights, estimated costs, and any additional logistics related to your trip.

Proposal Review: Review the proposals and communicate any adjustments or questions you may have.

Deposit: Once you are satisfied with the chosen proposal, confirm your booking by submitting the required deposit through our secure invoice system. Note: Prices and availability are subject to change at any time until your deposit is submitted. For the best chance at securing your preferred options, we recommend acting promptly once you receive your proposal.

Payment Management: Rest assured as we handle all payment details, ensuring secure and timely transactions. Additionally, you may take advantage of our personalized payment plans, allowing you to make payments up to 30-45 days before departure, depending on supplier requirements.

Final Documentation: Receive comprehensive travel documents 2-3 weeks before departure, including itineraries, booking confirmations, and essential travel information.
Booking Policies

Accuracy of Information: Ensure all provided information is accurate. Name changes are not permitted on airline tickets, and discrepancies may result in additional costs.

Modification Policy: After receiving and selecting your proposal, you may request up to two modifications at no charge. Thereafter, subsequent changes will incur a $25 fee per modification. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to travel dates, travelers, locations, or resort/hotel options. Please consult with your party before submitting.

Cancellation Policy: A 10% cancellation fee applies, in addition to any supplier-imposed fees. These fees are detailed in the supplier’s terms and conditions.

Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events.

Final Payment: Full payment is typically due 30-45 days before travel. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in booking cancellation and a rebooking fee of $50.

Service Fees: All planning fees are final and non-refundable. Should you book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, or decide to cancel your trip, this fee will be retained. If you cancel your trip and receive a voucher, rebooking must be done through Tranquility International Travel, LLC.
